Returns Policy

   You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibilty of the buyer. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

   Before returning items, please contact us using our Contact Us Form or by sending an email to info@qcsaccessories.com explaining what you are returning and the reason. We will send you an RMA number which you can include with your return to get faster service. We will issue the refund immediately to Paypal or your credit card when we get the product.

Shipping

   We ship to Canada only via Canada Post ExpressPost. Shipping costs are based upon the largest item purchased and shipping costs are only charged to one item. For example if you buy 3 items you are only charged for shipping once on the largest item.
